FAQ
All natural really?
Yes. We strive for an all-natural approach to our products. This comes from Jen’s experiences with severe allergies and difficult sinus surgeries, which made us want to avoid as many chemicals as possible, especially parabens and synthetic fragrances. Most of our scents come from plant-infused oils. We also specially grind wood to smoke the botanicals or we source it from trusted suppliers when necessary. Our plant-infused oils vary in color, from a rich amber to a deep black, with other shades created using seeds, herbs, spirulina, and clays. Our product is 100% gluten-free, making it ideal for those with skin sensitivities. We use nut and seed oils along with botanicals like pine, rosemary, wild mint, and cedar. 100% Vegan. 100% animal cruelty-free. We test on humans - mostly our family first!
100% PEI
We really attempt to make Mother Nature proud, especially through our dedication to PEI. Our soaps are made with 100% ocean water from PEI. The plants we use grow in PEI's fertile soil. The animals that supply our compost are all born and raised in PEI. The trees for our incense and the smoking of our soy and shea products come from PEI. Plus, the honey in many of our products is sourced from local PEI bees. Almost all of our creations include something from PEI.
Wooo...there is a product discrepency. What gives?
Due to being handmade, each and every product is different just like snowflakes. So, no two pieces are ever the same due to small batches being made. Any variations in color, size, and weight should be expected when purchasing handmade products - this is simply the nature of the product. We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications to enable you to make the right choice.

Who are you?
We have a farm in PEI where we raise goats, chickens, and one cheerful turkey, who all contribute to our high-quality compost. Our farm has a few acres, where we cultivate various plants, including herbs, flowers, vegetables, and berries. We also have over 700 trees, with plans to plant more this spring. Our passion for nature is clear when you visit us. This is where the ingredients for our products mainly come from.
For over ten years, we have been creating soaps, incense, candles, and herbal products. This journey began with Jen-Ren, who made massage therapy oils for her clients. Many massage oils contain petroleum and allergens, so she sought a natural alternative that would be safe for her and her clients' skin, as she used these oils daily. After years of testing, she developed a healthy and effective formula. Encouraged by her clients, she launched Never Ending Apothecary, initially selling her first products in a multidisciplinary clinic.
